T1 : Matriarch ‍of Panna Tiger Reserve

 There is no doubt that T1 is called the Matriarch of Panna Tiger Reserve.  A tigress who was born in India's most famous tiger reserve and never imagined that she would have a huge responsibility of restoring a ruined forest on her shoulders.  Before knowing the further story, let us know who is T1.  T1 who was named in Panna was born in the forest of Bandhavgarh.  She was the child of a famous tigress.  Which was called the white female.  And she is also the sister of a very famous male tiger of Bandhavgarh whose name was Bamehra. As you know there was a time when Panna became tigerless.  Then the Forest Department made a plan for the relocation of tigers in Panna, in which tigers from other tiger reserves of Madhya Pradesh were to be brought and settled in Panna.  Under this program, a tigress was to be brought from Bandhavgarh which was a sub-adult cub of a white female who is known as T1 in Panna.  The people of Bandhavgarh protested a lot about getting this tigress, a song was also composed by them that “ bandhavgarh ke baghin ko le gaye panna ke chor”.  But after a lot of effort, the tigress was brought to the Panna and released in the enclosure built in the Badgarhi grass land. And thus began the story of Panna's T1.  And after this she made her kingdom in panna. T1 gave birth to 14 cubs. and like a good mother increased the kingdom of tigers in Panna.  T1 passed away in February 2023.  And T1 went away by giving a huge responsibility to the children, where in a way we were given the responsibility that the name of Panna should be bright in the world, in the same way she gave the responsibility to her daughter that tigers should always be inhabited in the forest of Panna.
